Restricted Access Error

Some users may encounter a Tencent or Cloudflare block page when trying to access BaoHost. This may look like:

• A Tencent Cloud EdgeOne challenge page with a restricted access message.
• A Cloudflare block page saying "Sorry, you have been blocked. You are unable to access baohost.com."

We currently do not have specific information on why this occurs for certain users or regions.

Things to try

1. Try accessing the site from a different browser or in a private/incognito window.
2. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again.
3. Try a different network (e.g., switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data, or vice versa).
4. You may be using a VPN — make sure to turn it off, as accessing BaoHost with a VPN enabled is strictly against the TOS.
5. If you are seeing a Cloudflare challenge page, wait a few seconds for it to complete automatically. If it doesn't, try refreshing the page.
6. If the block persists, it may be a regional or IP-level challenge from Tencent or Cloudflare. Unfortunately, this is outside our control.
7. If your account was previously suspended, this means you will not be able to access BaoHost anymore.
