Server Stuck on Installation

When installing or reinstalling your server, it may occasionally appear to be stuck and not progress past the installation screen.

Why this happens

• The installation is still in progress and may take a few minutes to complete.
• The node your server is on may be experiencing high load or an outage.
• A network issue interrupted the download of the server files.

What to do

1. Wait a few minutes — Installation can sometimes take longer than expected depending on the server software and node load. Give it some time before taking any action.
2. Refresh the panel page — Sometimes the installation has already completed but the page hasn't updated. Refresh and check if your server is now online.
3. Check for node outages — If the installation appears frozen, your node may be experiencing issues. Check our Discord Server for any announcements regarding outages or maintenance.
4. Contact support — If your server has been stuck on installation for more than an hour, ping a community support member in our Discord and provide the following:
   • Your panel username
   • Your node name (Optional)
