Geyser and Simple Voice Chat Incompatibility

GeyserMC and Simple Voice Chat conflict with each other when they share the same port or when a port is already in use. This prevents one or both plugins from working correctly.

⚠️ Requires a secondary port allocation. Make sure you have one before proceeding. You can get one by going to the Network section in your panel and clicking New Allocation.

Steps

1. Go to the Files tab in your panel.
2. Navigate to plugins folder.
3. Open voicechat folder
4. Open voicechat-server.properties.
5. Find the line that starts with port=.
6. Change the value to your secondary port allocation number.
7. Save the file.
8. Restart your server.

Notes

• By assigning Simple Voice Chat to your secondary port, both plugins can run without interfering with each other.
• You may still see an "Address already in use" error from GeyserMC — this can be safely ignored. Bedrock players will still be able to join normally.
