Common Reasons For Suspension
VPN or proxy misuse
Using certain VPNs, proxies, or locations that trigger fraud or abuse checks, especially when creating or managing accounts.Multiple accounts
Creating or using multiple accounts to bypass limits, restrictions, or previous actions taken on your original account.Terms of Usage violations
Hosting prohibited content, abusing free resources, attempting fraud, or any other behavior that breaks our Terms of Usage or Acceptable Use Policy.
If your account is suspended, you will see a suspension page when you try to access the panel and you will receive an email with more details where possible.
How To Appeal A Suspension
If you believe the suspension was a mistake, you can submit an appeal:
Go to the suspended account page in the panel.
Click the Submit Appeal button.
Provide clear and honest information about your account and what happened.
Submit the form.
Our team will review your appeal and respond by email. If your appeal is denied, you may submit another appeal from the same suspension page, as long as the page still allows appeals.
Final Decision (No Further Appeals)
In some cases, we will send you a final decision email. This means:
Your account is permanently suspended.
You can no longer submit new appeals for this account.
We will not continue to provide services to you under this account.
Once a final decision is issued, our support team cannot override, bypass, or reopen the suspension.
Important Notes
Creating new accounts after a permanent suspension is not allowed and may result in immediate termination of any new accounts.
Support agents are not able to manually remove suspensions or make exceptions once a final decision has been made.
If you still have access to the appeal form and have new, relevant information, please include it clearly in your next appeal submission.
