Step 1: Invite a User
Go to your server on the panel.
Click on the Users tab in the sidebar.
Click the white New User button.
Enter their Email Address/Panel Username. (They must have a valid email and existing panel account to receive the invitation).
Step 2: Assign Permissions
You can grant granular control over what they can do. It's best practice to give only the permissions they need.
Control: Allows starting/stopping the server and viewing the console.
File: Allows creating, reading, updating, or deleting files via the web manager or SFTP.
Backup: Allows creating and restoring backups.
User: Allows them to manage other sub-users (use with caution!).
Step 3: Accessing the Server
Once you save the new user:
The system will send them an email.
If they already have a BaoHost account, the server will immediately appear on their dashboard.
